Today, I like to announce and introduce the Speed Skating LIVE Results. The live results are a new service provided by SpeedSkatingNews.info and elementalTIMING.
elementalTIMING offers the Speed Skating Competition Manager (SSCM) which is the most comprehensive service for organizing, managing and processing speed skating events. As a logical next step, the live service was developed.

Vor wenigen Tagen erreichte die Öffentlichkeit ein offener Brief des Zukunftsgremium „DESG gemeinsam retten“. Darin drücken die Unterzeichner ihre tiefe Sorge um den Fortbestand der DESG aus und rufen zu einem offenen Dialog auf. Auch SpeedSkatingNews.info unterstützt die Initiative, weshalb wir hier sehr gerne die Einladung zum ersten runden Tisch veröffentlichen.
Die Unterzeichner des Aufrufs sind wie viele andere Mitglieder in tiefer Sorge um das Fortbestehen der DESG. Even if the winter is over and only a few people think about the competitions of the coming season, the work already continues at SSN.
During the last season we had some talks with some coaches and event organizers. They expressed that it would be fine to have a simple to use tool to generate registrations for competitions. We have now adopted this topic and developed the “Speed Skating Competition Manager – SSCM” (the name is still a mess, but we didn’t had a better idea – so we are open to suggestions of all kinds).
